AI Energy Optimization System

CET's intelligent AI energy-saving optimization system solution uses artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data and other technologies to provide integrated intelligent energy-saving solutions for IDC data centers. Through the environmental perception of the data center, the real-time collection of production equipment and refrigeration equipment data, and the use of IT equipment calorific AI prediction model, thermal balance equation model and statistical model and many other big data means to intelligently analyze and model the environment and production big data, and accurately describe the real-time heat distribution status of the data center. An optimization control model based on machine learning was constructed to optimize the parameter combination of control refrigeration equipment, effectively reduce the energy consumption of the refrigeration system, improve the refrigeration efficiency, and reduce the total energy consumption of the data center. The control of the refrigeration system is realized through the edge intelligent node, which has the advantages of decentralization, strong real-time performance and convenient deployment. Through multiple links such as BA, electric power, and dynamic environment monitoring, the refrigeration system realizes accurate and dynamic on-demand cooling, centralized management, optimization control and automatic adjustment, effectively reduces the energy consumption of the refrigeration system, and then reduces the overall PUE index of the data center.
